Our story

1993
The late Chua Bee Ling founds Serpina Enterprise, starting with car spare parts, piping and motor rewinding.
2000
Machinery and piping services become the main business, and Chua Kean Keong, the current director, takes over.
2015
The Serpina team founds WIU TECH Machinery & Services, adding inverter settings and a servicing approach based on German engineering SOPs, and carrying forward Serpina's motto, vision and mission.
Today
Both companies are still active and work as one team: 30+ years on, serving factories, buildings, pump systems, heavy industry and fellow repair shops across Malaysia.

Why WIU TECH

How we work

Advice first, tailored to youEvery job starts with understanding your equipment and your needs. You pay only for the work you actually need, not a fixed package.
Quality parts onlyWe don't use cheap substitutes. A repair should last, not come back in six months.
German engineering standardsEvery job follows the same fixed procedure: inspect, diagnose, repair, test.
Honest adviceIf a repair isn't worth it, we tell you. If replacement is better, we find a suitable unit, across brands, and install it.
Clear reportsYou get a report of what failed and why, before and after the repair.
We come to youOn-site inspection and pickup, plus reinstallation when you need it.
Trusted partnersFor specialist work such as dynamic balancing and shaft metallising, we work with trusted specialist partners.
